MoneyHelper

You can go to the MoneyHelper website to find out about the different ways you can take your pension from the Perenco plan. Their pension specialists are impartial - they don’t recommend products or companies and won’t tell you how to invest your money. You can book an appointment over the phone or in person somewhere local to you.

The government has introduced MoneyHelper to combine the free impartial guidance of Pension Wise, the Money Advice Service and the Pensions Advisory Service. Through MoneyHelper you can:

Cover a range of options to help you understand the decisions you face.

Find out about the ways of taking your retirement savings. They can tell you what’s tax-free and what’s not, and how much you’ll get after tax.

Visit www.moneyhelper.org.uk to find out more. If you’re still unsure about your options, we recommend you speak to a financial adviser.

You can find one in your local area by visiting: www.unbiased.co.uk. Please note, financial advisers will usually charge a fee for their services. However, a good financial adviser will help you to make decisions that are appropriate to your own financial circumstances.

You should check their charges and areas of expertise before appointing a financial adviser.
